Submit your artwork (Only applies if you provide the artwork)
West End Imaging offers you three ways of uploading your artwork.
Before you submit your artwork, please place an order online so that we know what order the attached files are for, or contact our Customer Service Department to assign a submission number so we know for which project your artwork will be used ( if you want us to review your artwork prior to placing an order).
Our representative will also give you guidelines that you must follow in order for us to process your data files and produce composed color separated film.
Web-based uploads
You can visit our File Manager System and upload or download files in your private folder. With this system you can upload only files that are less than 5MB in size. (?)
FTP-based uploads
When you become a client, a private ftp account is setup for you to which you can upload your files. You will need a FTP client software installed in your computer to access our server. (?)
Mailed Media
You can send us your artwork via mail. Please understand we are not responsible for delays or lost files if they are submitted in this manner.
We can accept both Mac and PC formatted media.
Regardless of the submission method, West End Imaging accepts the following file formats:
- Quark Xpress;
- Photoshop;
- Freehand;
- Illustrator;
You can also submit PDF documents. Please use the following guidelines when preparing your Adobe Acrobat PDF documents. (?)
Once the proofs for the project are ready, you will be able to review them online by visiting your private folder. You will receive an email with instructions on how to review and submit feedback on your proofs. We can also send the proofs via UPS or FedEx for your approval if requested. |
